Eligibility for Return:

·       The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

·       The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

·       Sale items are generally not eligible for return, but please check the specific item description for details. 

Return Process:

2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Ship the Item: Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Exceptions:

·       Personalized or Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return.
